How to Make Country Gravy

Reviewed: Jun. 19, 2014
Chef John all I have to say is...Yummmmmmmmm. Though I'm out of bacon at the moment *cries* I put extra sausage crumbles in the gravy and man is it good. Tastes almost like how mom used to make gravy, I may end up using the gravy part of this recipe to make tuna gravy or even chip beef and gravy! *squees* :D

Creamy Cheesecake

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2013
I did the recipe as was except for the lemon peel cause I didn't have any lemon but I had lemon juice so I used 1 table spoon of that. Other than I followed to a T and got quite a few compliments on how good it was. I paired this with a home made graham crust from this website too; soooo good. Thanks, will be making this again for Christmas.

Greek Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Aug. 28, 2013
It was good, made as is. The only change I would make would be to use less crushed tomato and use more fresh. But over all a good dish. =3

Hot Cocoa Mix in a Jar

Reviewed: Apr. 30, 2013
It was good with hot water but better with hot milk. Like many have said it was creamy tasting, and I used a flavored creamer which seemed to enhance the chocolate flavor. Also used half as much powdered milk as it called for, didn't want to the milky taste to over power the chocolate and vanilla so I added 3 cups of creamer and 3 1/3 cups powdered milk. It turned out great =D now I have a go to recipe for hot chocolate when winter time comes again and its cheap to make too! Thanks ^-^

Sweet and Sour Salad Dressing

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2013
It was awsome! Though I'm not much of an onion fan I'll make it next time without. =3 Also it has such a great taste I might just make some stir fried sweet and sour chicken rice next time! So yummy, thank you! =D

Perfect Baked Jerk Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 28, 2012
Oh my gosh, this was perfect for tonight! Yummy and easy to make, though I cut up some chicken breasts into pieces. Since I didn't have any vegetable oil I used olive oil instead but used 1/4 cup of it. I also took the advice of putting the seasonings, chicken pieces, and oil into a bag. Marinated for 1 hour and yum =3

J.P.'s Big Daddy Biscuits

Reviewed: Jul. 9, 2012
I give it five stars after making the recipe to a "T" first and seeing how they tasted. They were yum =3 and after the first time making them I made them a second time with a few alterations to the ingredients. Still yummy, fluffy, and so big! =D Great recipe! Thanks.
