Cajun Crab Cakes (No Breadcrumbs)

Perfect crab cakes! I had been searching for one that was light and used no bread crumbs and this hit the nail on the head. The only thing is I broiled it in the oven for about 5 minutes or so till lightly brown

Remoulade Sauce a la New Orleans

Made this as shown and it is perfect for shrimp cocktail or something similar. Tried it on the crab cakes and although it was good I just thought it over powered the crab cake a bit

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

I made this tonight and it is the first Alfredo recipe that I love. It taste just like or even better than the restaurants. This is definately a keeper. Made exactly as shown. The only thing I would do differently is use less cayenne pepper for my 4 year old.

Fluffy French Toast

I absolutely loved this French toast because you can tweak the ingredience to your liking. The first time I made it I used the recipe to the t and came out great. 2nd time I added a bit more sugar and cinnamon and it was even better!

Super Nachos

Made these tonight and they were another hit for us, loved them! I usually don't like refried beans, but I took suggestions from other reviews and mixed them in with the ground meat (I used turkey meat). My family loved them.
