Kasha and Bowties (Kasha Varnishkas)
this recipe is about the same as to the one I use, except I use whole groats, and fry the onion to very brown, not burnt. Must add enough salt to taste.

Baked Ziti I
One of the best Baked Ziti's I have tasted. I added garlic and sweet sausage. Used another 1/2 a jar of sauce, 2 more oz's of provolone, and another 10 oz's of mozzarella. Used a larger baking dish. Makes a lot, but well worth it.
