Unbelievable Chicken

Very good recipe. I cooked the meat with the sauce ingr. in a slow cooker instead of on the stove. Was so good and family loved it even my husband who doesn't like recipes with cream of something soup in it!

Mrs. Sigg's Snickerdoodles

I have made these a few times and they always get great reveeiws. I use all butter no marg. My husband who doesn't care for snickerdoodles loves them!

Salsafied Chicken and Rice

Ver good basic recipe. I added celery and some garlic and pepper. Make sure you cook it until it is hot all the way through but not mushy!

Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

Very good and simple. Taste great with a rice dish on the side. Just make sure you don't overcook 6 hours worked well for us first hour on high and t he remaining 5 on low.

Sausage Cabbage Bake

I am giving this recipe 5 stars only because it has potiental. Be sure too cook only about 30 mintues to keep the cabbage from being over cooked!Make sure to use more tomotoe sause than the recipe calls for, about 2 cans. Also stick with very flavorful chicken/turkey sausuage as it would be to greesy otherwise or too bland it you use a basic chicken sausuage. I used a spicy chicken sausuage and it was very good and different from the usual casserole!

Slow Cooker Lemon Garlic Chicken II

Very good recipe but be sure not to overcook as it can be dry!If you use bonless chicken only cook on low about 4-5 hours and bone in chicken and hour or 2 more max! I added a bit more lemon/garlic than the recipe called for and fresh pepper and chives and some oregeno and served it over white and wild rice. Yum. Will make again.

Salsa Chicken Rice Casserole

Not bad. I didn't boil the chicken, I choppedit up and cooked it in a pan with cuin,salt, pepper, chilli powder. Also, I didn't layer I just mixed it up. Needed more salsa/moisture to it but over all decent recipe.

Greek Lemon Chicken Soup

Great soup taste better than this Greek restraunt down the street! I did not use as much soup base as called for but used about 3/4 of the amount called for. Was noot to lemony for my kids or I but my husband said it was a tad bit too lemony so I figured the lemon issue should be adjusted acording to taste! Great recipe!

Slow Cooker Salisbury Steak

Good basic recipe if you like cream of mushroom/onion soup recipes. I added some garlic and fresh ground pepper and a dask of worchestershire sauce to the ground beef mixture.

Chicken Enchiladas V

Very good I added green ench. sauce to the sour cream mixture so it wouldn't be so creamy. Suits our tastes better with some ench. sauce to bring down the richness but other than that very good.

Easy Slow Cooker French Dip

I made a few modifications. I used red wine instead of beer (didn't have any) and powered onion soup and some worechestire(sp) sauce. Added a bit of pepper too. Good recipe if you are looking for something diff. to do in your slow cooker instead of the usual chilli and roasts. Makes alot of dipping sauce. Will do again.
