Easy Raspberry Lemonade

Like the other reviewers have said, make triple, quad or even quintuple the recipe! I made this two days in a row for various family get-togethers. First time I made double the recipe and we ran out within the hour (15 people); the next day I made 4x the recipe and it lasted about 3 hours (12 people). It's a great, easy recipe. I used strawberries and lemons (sliced) for presentation and Sprite for the fizz. I will make it again, no doubt.

Banana Flips

Delicious. My husband and children loved it! Like others, I added 2 very ripe, mashed bananas to the cake and used confectioner's sugar instead of granulated for the frosting. I made this as a cake, using 2- 8" round pans (increased baking time to about 22 minutes). I will definitely keep this recipe to use in the future. Thank you!

Homemade Flour Tortillas

We can never go back to store bought tortillas! Also, if we roll it a bit thicker, it is a delicious substitute for Indian naan bread (topped with butter and garlic). Delicious!

Cucumber-Cilantro Raita (Yogurt)

Delicious! My husband especially loves this. I don't think he will ever eat curry again without it! I love that it uses some fresh herbs (I added cilantro and a bit of dill). In one preparation I omitted the pepper (for my kids sake) and it was still delicious. I think half a teaspoon of salt per 2 cups of yogurt is plenty. Thank you for such an easy recipe!

Sweet, Sticky and Spicy Chicken

Exceptional flavor! I used the sriracha sauce as the hot sauce- delicious! I also added lots of minced ginger and garlic. Thank you for this recipe!

Zucchini Herb Casserole

My family loved this recipe. I used all fresh veggies and herbs from my garden. Light, beautiful flavor. The bread can get pretty soggy with leftovers but no one seemed to mind- and the leftovers were gone within two days! I will make again.

Buttery Cranberry Pie

Apple Streusel Cobbler

Very good. I used it with my own spiced applesauce (instead of the canned pie) and it was a hit. Next time I will cut down on the spices (just because of the already spiced sauce) but a good staple recipe.

Crispy Orange Beef

Fantastic glaze and cooking method. I prepared with variety of veggies (broccoli, green pepper, carrots) and the family loved it. Even my one year old son couldn't get enough of the "sweet steak"! Next time, I will add some red pepper flakes for the hubby and me. Thank you- this is now a staple recipe in our home.

Apple Pie by Grandma Ople

I have made this exact recipe at all my family dinners (Thanksgiving, Christmas, and Easter) every year for 3 years now. My family loves it and couldn't imagine a family holiday without it! Thank you Grandma Ople- it will be passed down to my children and beyond!

Broccoli Cheese Soup

What a wonderful recipe! This is by far my husband and my favorite soup recipe ever. I served it with garlic toast and salad and it was a wonderful meal. I couldn't believe how easy it was- Highly Recommended!

Chicken and Green Bean Casserole

Great taste and easy prep. I made a few modifications. I didn't use the mayo instead I added milk. Also, I used the reduced fat cream of mushroom soup and it tasted great! We will definitely have this meal 2-3 times a month :)

Donna's Lasagna

Very, very tasty! I made a few modifications and it worked out great. I used regular uncooked lasagna noodles (a lot less work and tastes the same to me!), also I "cheated" and used a large jar of store bought spaghetti sauce, and I used ricotta cheese instead of cottage cheese. So good with the ground beef and italian sausage, my husband is still raving about it!
