Fried Apple Pies

I didn't make these I just wanted to say that my grandmother use to make these but she used Dehydrated apples she said that was the key. Just thought I'd share that. Enjoy!

This recipes is to die for, we have a local store that sells pre cooked cajun crawfish so I used them. I just added them to the onions with the extra butter after the onions cooked and let them soak up some butter for a few mins while I got the rest of the recipe together. Turned out great, going to try with clams next time... you must try this recipe...

Candied Sweet Potatoes

I made this for the first time Thanksgiving 2002 and I make it atleast once every other month. It is the BEST I've ever had and the kids love it! Close to the same thing with the pecans on top but being we dont care for pecans the marshmellow topping is the best.

Martha's Cornbread Dressing

I made this for Thanksgiving this year 2003 and it was the best I've ever had I do beleive and I come from a long line of southern cooking! I dont even think grand ma's can beat this one. In fact I'm going home for the new year and going to make this just for my grandparents becaouse I loved it so much. Happy New Year!!
