I made these for my family for New Year's eve along with a bunch of other appetizers. I don't like any type of pepper but my family is crazy about them. They loved this recipe and asked that I make them again.

Triple Dipped Fried Chicken

My husband and I tag teamed this recipe. We had been wanting to try it for awhile. I have to say we were REALLY disappointed. The breading had no flavor whatsoever and we even doubled the spices based on the reviews. I'm really not sure what happened. We may try again as we liked the concept of this but maybe make more tweaks to make it better. Thank you for sharing.

Best Tuna Casserole

This was a really good, creamy recipe. I did not add peas as the family doesn't care for them. I did look at reviews and added sour cream and milk. Will try adding french fried onions on top next time.

Sausage Spinach Manicotti

This was good. We added chopped mushrooms to the cheese mixture. We did like using the cream cheese and used ricotta instead of cottage cheese as I don't like warm cottage cheese.

Savory Garlic Marinated Steaks

This just had too much balsamic vinegar taste and barely any garlic flavor. We marinated for 24 hours and grilled. My husband used wood chips for the smoke flavor rather than the liquid smoke. We will not make again as I feel it was a waste of our steak. I don't mind trying different marinade recipes for steaks but don't think I am cut out for it. Just give me steak with garlic and pepper seasoning.

Classic Macaroni Salad

Honey Mustard Grilled Chicken

Amazing Ribs

This recipe provided the only way my husband has been able to make "fall off the bone" ribs. He has been trying for years and could never get it quite right. You have to watch the amount of beer added as you can get a strong beer taste. We have cooked this a couple of times now for our family and a crowd and everyone loved them.

Million Dollar Mussels

This was an excellent, very tasty dish. It was my first go at making mussels at home and this was the exact taste we were looking for. My husband loved the sauce. Great tip on having the crusty bread...it is great to sop up the extra sauce.

Chili Dog Casserole II

THis was an excellent dish. A nice twist on hotdogs. I made half the dish using chili with beans and half the dish using chili no beans. I made it with more beans than the recipe called for but only so we had extra to add to the top of our fries. Yummy! Will definitely make this again.

Grilled Tilapia and Mango Salsa

This was a great recipe. Something different and colorful. I'm not a big fan of fish but my family likes it. I was really impressed by this. I marinated the fish for a couple of hours. My local store did not have fresh jalapeno so I used pickled jalapeno slices...way too hot and I even put in less than the amount suggested. I will cut back even more next time or make it with fresh jalapeno. The leftover salsa was great to eat with tortilla chips the next day. I did add cilantro as other reviewers suggested because it is also my husbands favorite spice. Will make again.

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches

This was fabulous. I took other's ideas and used beef stock instead of plain water and used 2 packages of italian dressing mix. It was flavorful and made great sandwiches. Will definitely make again.

Cajun Chicken Lasagna

This was an excellent twist on the normal lasagne recipe. I'm not a huge fan of regular lasagne but I loved this. My entire family thought it was great.
