Pumpkin Butter

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Fantastic! And just like the reviews said it gets better everyday! It's so moist and flavorful and has all the right fall spices exploding through it. I added a simple icing to it (1 tsp melted butter, 1 cup powered sugar, dash of milk, blended) and I can't keep it in the house. My crew gobbles it right up! I also made this at altitude in Denver and it required no change in the recipe to come out perfect.

Peanut Butter Logs

This recipe won "Best Tasting" at a party I took it to tonight out of over 20 dishes! It really was so good everyone kept asking me for the recipe and said it was so good it was addictive! I don't think I had the consistency right because it would break apart more than I think it should have so play around with the amounts of peanut butter and butter you use to get it to hold together better, but as far as taste. It's a huge winner!

Tiramisu II

As Macklemore would say. This is Freaking Awesome. So easy to make and amazing. As other reviews said it gets better day by day. I like mine really "coffeey" so next time I'd use a super super strong coffee and some more rum. It's really the perfect tiramisu. You will amaze people w/ this one.

Pumpkin Pecan Cheesecake

This. Was. Awesome. Everyone gobbled it up and asked me for the recipe. My recommendation is to let it chill for over a day and serve it room temperature. First slices we had were after it chilled 8 hrs and served room temp. Then we ate the final slices the next day and it was even better! Served with homemade whip cream, this is a winner!

Butter Pecan Ice Cream

Very good! It was super creamy. Next time I'll probably cut some of the cream but overall it was soooo delicious! I also made it with twice the pecans! That's the business right there!
