Bandito Beans

This was way more interesting than the usual baked beans. Sort of an italian chili/baked bean combination of tastes. I used Italian Sausage, too and didn't bother with the fennel. My family loved it.

Lemon Orzo Primavera

This was really good and different. I followed the recipe pretty close except that I used chicken broth. I didn't have a problem with the orzo getting completely cooked, but additional cheese would make it a little more interesting.

Creamy Dreamy Chicken and Spirals Casserole

I thought this was really good, but it takes more than 30 minutes "Prep Time" to make. Slight changes I made: I only used half the cream cheese as I felt guilty using that much. Didn't bother with the wine or the nutmeg. I added a little brocolli, too. I think the amount of cracker topping is a little on the skimpy side, so I added more crackers. Very cheesy and a very good flavor.

Chocolate Chip Cake Mix Cookies

These are like brownies, if you use devils food cake mix, but it allows you to make a few at a time rather than a whole pan. These are great because for one thing, they mix up in about 5 min. if that. And good and chocolate-y. I added walnuts instead of raisins.

Easy Slow Cooker Pork Chops

We did not care for the combination of tastes. Pork was tender and Sweet potatoes were good with the apples. Other than that - would not bother making again.
