This is an egg-cellent recipe! Since I was a kid my mom has always struggled with getting her hard-boiled eggs to turn out as anything but crappy. I can remember many hours accrued as a kid picking itty bitty pieces of shells off and ending up with a eggs that looked like they'd fought with the blender. I used this recipe for deviled eggs and was so stoked to have my mom use it! We recently had a get together and she asked me to hardboil the eggs for her egg salad. I told her i had a secret recipe and when it was time to peel them I got her on video. She was so blown away she was shouting at me how in the world did I do it. She couldnt believe it!! It took 55 years but now she can finally make super quick and easy hard-boiled eggs that you can peel so easily you can actually crack the egg once and pull it apart leaving the shell in one piece, no little bits of eggshell littering your countertop. I also think the vinegar kills the boiled egg smell that tends to linger in the kitchen all day (the worst! especially on hot summer picnic days!) Fantastic recipe Ken, 5 stars! Thank You!!
