Cajun Cake

I have made this cake many times however, I only use 2 cups of flour, not 3, I also add 1/2 cup pecans & 1/2 cup coconut in my cake batter. This makes for a much more moist cake and it will never have any left over. when making the topping I cook mine 5 minutes instead of 2 makes for a more stable topping.

Super-Delicious Zuppa Toscana

My husband and I love this recipe. Using chopped Kale instead of Spinach gives it a much richer flavor.

Grilled Pork Loin Chops

I left out the cayenne pepper just because I was out. This was exquisite moist, juicy and a wonderful flavor. My chops were a little thinner so I adjusted the cooking time. Will certainly make these again!
