Slow Cooker Lasagna

Reviewed: Jun. 5, 2011
This lasagna turned out awesome. I used 2 lbs of Sausage and added slices of Provolone cheese. I layed it like a normal lasagna. It was divine! So easy and so delicious! I have a 6 qt oval slow cooker and the lasagna was done in 4 hours exactly. I did use the oven ready noodle. They were fine. I'm going to use the regular noodles next time just to compare.

Slow Cooker Pulled Pork

So easy and so good! I sprinkled garlic salt and pepper onto the roast before putting it in the crockpot. I also stab the roast with a knife a bunch of times to let the root beer soak into the meat. I also use Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ sauce. It's the best out there! It's perfection!

Berry Crumb Bars

Reviewed: Jun. 27, 2010
This recipe is YUMMY! I made the substitutions: -Butter instead of shortening. -1 cup white sugar and 1/2 cup brown sugar in the crust mixture. -I used about 5 cups of fruit - strawberries, blackberries and blueberries. -1 cup of brown sugar with the fruit and cornstarch. Next time I will use the entire crust mixture on the bottom and then make a 1/2 batch to put on top. It just needs a little more crust on the bottom for my taste and because of the extra fruit quantity.

Snickerdoodles V

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2006
This recipe was easy to make. The cookies were all right. They were really poofy, but soft. There was too much salt. You could taste the salt in the cookie. Definitely leave out the salt. An earlier review said to put vanilla instead of salt. I AGREE! Leave out the salt. Other than that, the cookies were good. s

This recipe is fabulous! It's very easy to make. The cookies are so yummy. I added an extra tsp of lemon extract and frosted the cookies with lemon frosting! Makes them so yummy! I also cooked them at 350 for 11 minutes.
