Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

I browned the meat in oil with sugar, then I added red wine, sliced onions, carrots, potatoes and the soup mixes. Very good! but dont forget to salt the meat!

Hoagie Bake

the concept is not a bad one. However, I don't think I'll ever use crescent dough again. someone suggested earlier using pizza dough, I'll use that the next time around. the sandwich was very good, I used turkey, ham, cappicola, mozzarella, jack and parmesan cheeses. I did have to use all three beaten eggs, and my cooking time was shorter than listed, even after I covered it. overall it's as good as the ingredients you put into it, no more no less.

Steamed Tuna Fish

the sauce is excellent, but perhaps I over-steamed the tuna? It was kind of dry and tough. I will definitely use the sauce for other vegetable dishes with brown rice. Tip: use low-sodium soy sauce.

easy and good. suggestions: add 2 cups of milk instead of 1. sharp chedder and tabasco make this MARVELOUS. I'll be making this again and again. thanks.

Oven Barbecued Beef Brisket I

very easy and very delicious! I didn't slice the beef before adding the bbq sauce, which I think kept it moist and tender until serving time. I look forward to making this again!

Hummus III

very easy to make and very tasty! I only substituted the paprika with sumac. I brought some to work to snack on with wheat crackers, my deskmate ate much more than I did and is begging for more!

Best Beef Dip Ever

the meat came out very very tender..but that's all I liked. I find that 1 tablespoon of *any* dried herb is a bit too much, unless you really like it. overall it was ok. good on a sandwich with provalone cheese.

excellent way to make quinoa. I do recommend sorting through the dry grains before cooking, just like you would sort through dry beans or lentils.

Best Marinara Sauce Yet

this sauce is good! I have been searching for a very long time for an easy and tasty sauce and I finally found it. A couple of changes: I added extra garlic and I blended everything--including the minced onion ( I didnt sautee it). I sauteed ground sirloin and then I added the blended sauce with the white wine and let it simmer. It came out so good! From now on this is my standard pasta sauce. Next time I'll try adding basil and bell pepper. I cant wait!
