MY NEW BUNDLE OF JOY AND HAPPINESS
About this Cook
I love to cook, use it as stress relief. Brand new mom to a son born 3/09 so I am now trying to incorporate fast, freezer friendly dishes into our lives.
My favorite things to cook
Anything new, Im always trying out new ideas and new dishes. I have a picky eater at home so its always fun to see what I can get him to love.
My favorite family cooking traditions
peach cobbler, sweet potato pie, baked macaroni and cheese, anything that we all get together to make. We try to have a family dinner every month or so and each person has something diff they bring to the table.
My cooking triumphs
Any kind of cookie, never messed any up yet!
My cooking tragedies
First time I tried to make mexican rice it was horrible, rice was dry and flavorless, had to throw the entire batch out.

Best Tuna Casserole
Good recipe, we like it very moist with good flavor. I added sour cream did not have cream of mushroom soup- subbed c/o/chicken and c/o/celery. Did not want to boil the noodles before hand so added extra water to the mix. Also added a can of mixed veggies to make recipe go further. Also added onion powder, galic powder and pepper.Nixed the mushrooms and did not have potato chips so I used the fried onion topping. Everyone loved it.
