The boyfriend loved this and he is picky about his Korean food - he was station in a base in S. Korea. I followed the recipe except I threw some big green onion pieces in and chopped up a zucchini. I served it with rice and a fried egg. I used very high quality meat so it was harder to slice but it was awesome! Thanks for sharing the recipe.

World's Best Lasagna

I made this with ground chicken and chicken chorizo (my grocery store doesn't sell chicken sausage) and used less ricotta cheese....AMAZING! When it comes to lasagna I would agree this recipe is one of the best!

Paul's Pumpkin Bars

I followed the recommendation of using 1 less egg and and 1/2ing the banking powder and baking soda. Bars came out super moist and delicious - great consistency. The frosting is delicious following the recipe but I think next time I will try to come up with something a bit less fattening. . . .

Hungarian Mushroom Soup

Gourmet Mushroom Risotto

I literally set up an account just to write this review. . . WOW! This was amazing. I used red onions instead of shallots and I agree with a few other reviews that mine took over 30 minutes of stirring/adding the broth to get a delicious, creamy risotto. I also used 1/2 the recommended butter and a little less cheese. You have to try this one!
