Frosted Chocolate Chip Cheesecake

good recipe. I made whipped cream instead of using whipped topping. We also passed the cream separately because not all like whipped cream in my family, even though chocolate is mixed in with it.

Easy and Delicious Chicken

This was an easy and delicious chicken. I followed exactly except used bone in chicken breasts. It is very rich, so you don't need too much.

I made this soup not really expecting much. Boy were we pleasantly surprised. I added 3 bay leaves, more potatoes, 2 celery ribs and a can of rotel tomatoes. I also put in two extra cups of water accidentally along with left over mashed potatoes and tomato soup. It was unbelieveably good.

Oven Fried Parmesan Chicken

Ramen Coleslaw

I thought this was very good. Even my picky 7 year old who doesn't enjoy salads too much really liked it. That feat alone gives this recipe 5 stars. The only thing I did differently was to use apple cider vinegar in place of the white wine vinegar.

Easy Cheesy Nachos

My children loved this! I used a jar of tostitos queso in place of the velveeta. I did not use fresh tomatoes but sprinkled a bit of chopped onion on each. Very simple and quick.

Newport Clam Chowder

Excellent!! I used 3 cans of vegetable broth for the clam juice and 4 cans of clams instead of fresh. I also added some celery and instead of butter, I fried up some chopped up bacon to cook the onion and celery in. I used 2 cups cream with one cup milk. Great chowder!

Baked Oatmeal II

I had not heard of baked oatmeal before coming across this recipe. I had no idea how it was supposed to turn out, but it was outstanding. What a nice change in eating my daily oatmeal. In fact my husband has already asked for more tomorrow. My daughter even liked it, after she fished out the cranberries. I used half butter/ half applesauce and 3/4 cup brown sugar.

Best Formula Three-Cheese Fondue

Big hit with the children and our company!! We ended up dipping french bread and granny smith apples. What a lot of fun. Brought back lots of memories of the 70's when I was a kid and used a fondue pot some.

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Unbelieveably good!! I did not add the water or coffee. Other than that, prepared as written. Served with strawberries, bananas, marshmallows, pound cake, and pretzels. It does make a lot. We had 11 people and still have quite a bit left over. What a shame to have yummy leftovers for later!

Maple Glazed Ribs

I have never had good success cooking ribs, that is until now. My family ate this up quick. The only change I made was using fresh squeezed orange juice in place of concentrate. I put in one extra tablespoon.

Chocolate Peanut Butter Cup Cookies

I made the cookies as written except used only 2 cups flour. The cookies were quite cakey and after the first batch, I flattened them with my fingers. They were a bit better, if not better looking. Nothing is better than a good cookie with a glass of cold milk!

Clone of a Cinnabon

My family raved at how good these were. I have been trying to get "the" cinnamon roll recipe, and this is it. I did add 1/2 cup more flour than in recipe though, probably from humidity.

Cobb Salad

I am giving this recipe 5 stars because my husband absolutely loved it as is. I also didn't have to put everything in it that the kids didn't like. It is very versatile and tasty. I used buffalo chicken tenders for the chicken.

Chocolate Zucchini Cake I

This is a very moist cake!! I love heavier and moist cakes and this fits the bill. The only change I made was adding 1/2 cup chocolate chips to the batter and sprinkling with 1/2 cup chips on top along with 1/2 cup pecans. My boys really enjoyed it.
