Rice and Lentil Soup in a Jar

Made it for dinner and it was delicious, hearty, and perfect for a rainy fall night. I did add a can of diced fire roasted tomatoes for color and additional flavor. Yummy!

Black-Eyed Peas and Gumbo

This was good. I made sure I baked the okra in a 450 degree oven for 45 minutes. This keeps it from being slimy once adding it to the gumbo.

Potato Leek Soup III

My family loved this recipe. I served it with crumbled bacon, cheddar cheese, and chives. I will definitely make this again. It was the perfect meal for a cold and snowy night. Thanks for the recipe!

Classic Spanish Sangria

This was great! I made it using a pineapple rum and a merlot. My husband and his friends really enjoyed it. Drink with caution because it will sneak up on you!
