Crixxie's Ranch Chicken Nuggets

Thanks for sharing the idea of blending egg and dressing. It made a great coating. I used frsh parm. How about Blue Cheese with hot sauce?

Miso Braised Pork

I followed the recipe exactly, using low sodium soy sauce. This was not too salty, nor too fatty. I did simmer it for the last 20 mins uncovered, but the sauce thickened up as it cooled anyway. I served it with Kings Hawaiian rolls as an alternative proten at a sushi party. All 5 lbs were devoured. I barely had to clean the dutch oven. Perfect and amazing!

Andy's Spicy Green Chile Pork

Discard the liquid?! I pureed it in a blender and poured it back over the meat. I also added a couple of slices of bacon and some fresh green chilis to the pot at the start. Yum!
