This is great and easy stuffing! I cut the recipe in half (small group), which had me finished in about 1/2 the time with about 2 1/2 cups of broth. I used one box of store-bought bread cubes, omitted the mushrooms, and was pretty heavy handed with the herb seasonings. My only issue today was that it was REALLY salty in my opinion, but I think that was because of my quick and easy use of canned store-bought broth. I would definitely buy low sodium broth next time AND leave out the salt from the recipe. My family, however, didn't know what I was talking about it and ate almost all of it!
