Garlic Red Potatoes

I added a bit more salt and put them in a bigger pan to spread them out. They still took a bit long to cook than noted in recipe, but overall, very delicious. Thanks for sharing.

Mexican Hot Chocolate

I found that the chocolate never completly melted so the hot chocolate had little chocolate grains in it. Perhaps, a different kind of chocolate would work.

Award Winning Soft Chocolate Chip Cookies

These cookies are very good. They stayed soft until we ate the very last cookie about 1 week after baking. I thought that they weren't sweet enough. They are not soft and chewy, more cake-like. If you like that sort of cookie, these are the ones for you. Thank you for sharing this recipe!
