Chicken Scarpariello

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
Great recipe, my family loved it! I used college inn chicken broth instead of the bouillon and used a very little rosemary.

Italian Roast Beef I

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2006
This is a great recipe, my family loved it! I cooked it in my rotisserie so I didn't use the water or beef bouillon and it was still very juicy. Thanks for the recipe.

Baked Lamb Chops

Reviewed: Mar. 6, 2004
My Husband is the only one in the house who eats lamb so he usually makes it himself. This was extremely easy to make so I guess I can make it for him again. He enjoyed it very much. Thank you.

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2003
This was my first year cooking for Thanksgiving and I was very nervous. These potatoes were very easy to make and they came out great. Everybody raved about these creamy potatoes. Thank you Sandra, I will use this recipe forever.

Basic Yankee Bread Stuffing

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2003
This was my first year cooking for Thanksgiving and I was very stressed. This receipe was so easy and tasted great. My Mother-in-Law doesn't eat sausage and she loved it (she even took some home). I didn't stuff it in my turkey and it still came out great. I put it in the oven for about one hour at 350. I also added a little more chicken broth half way through cooking. Thank you Kimberly and Mother-in-Law, I will be using this receipe forever.

Homestyle Turkey, the Michigander Way

Reviewed: Nov. 28, 2003
This was my first year cooking for Thanksgiving and I was very stressed. I didn't want to dry out the turkey. This recipe was very simple but it took a little longer to cook. I received allot of compliments on my turkey. I will definitely be using this recipe from now on. Thank you Robin C.
