Parmesan Crusted Tilapia Fillets

Deliciously crisp and really tasty. I didn't have fresh parsley and had to use dried; it still gave a hint of parsley flavor. Fast and easy with no messy pan.

Mom's Breakfast Strata

It was delicious. Since it was for a family brunch I served it with salsa--some used it some did not. I'm glad that I read the reviews as it needed almost twice the cooking time stated in the instructions. I used challah bread and it was so good I'll probably always make it that way.

Hot Artichoke and Spinach Dip II

I seldom alter a new recipe the first time I use it; this one needs no alterations. I did have to cook it a few minutes longer than directed and I browned the cheese under the broiler (watch very closely). The family loved it!!

Bananas Foster II

Great recipe! I sliced 4 bananas into the pan and we used it on pancakes for breakfast. It's a great way to use really ripe bananas when you don't have time to make banana bread. I already knew Bananas Foster is great on ice cream.

Pumpkin Fluff Dip

This makes a lot and I was worried that some of it might go to waste. I should never have worried! The whole family agrees that it's best with cinnamon grahams (or by the spoonful).

Pork and Squash Stew

OK, so I added green pepper and fresh mushrooms, but this is a great recipe any way you do it. Without flour added it's a soup (as stated in the body of the recipe) but add flour to thicken and it's a stew. Next time I'll probably coat the pork with flour before browning.

Slow Cooker Chicken Marrakesh
