I tripled this recipe, yes tripled, and it turned out great. I only had 2% milk and margerine so next time I'm going to use whole milk with some half and half, and real butter to make it richer but it was very easy and delicious this first time making it. My husband had never tasted homemade pudding and was blown away with the taste. He may eat all of it by himself in one night if I don't hide some in the freezer soon, LOL!
