Just finished making this bread and am working on not eating it all in one sitting so I will have some left for our dinner tonight. I found that I needed at least a cup more of flour than what is specified in the recipe, however this still results in a dough that is quite soft. For those like me who make a lot of "normal" bread requiring a well kneaded elasticy dough, resist and follow the recipe to leave the dough soft and a wee bit sticky. Will definitely bake this again.
