Easy Pizza Sauce III

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2011
I added: 1/4 tsp garlic powder, 1 T oregano, 1t basil I also didn't have any tomato paste, so I just used 2 8 oz cans of tomato sauce. (I added the garlic powder because I don't have dried minced garlic). It was fantastic.

Spanish Rice II

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2010
I skipped the bell pepper (didn't have one), added 1/2 tsp cumin. I used a can of rotel tomatoes with green chilies. This was wonderful. I was completely surprised at how good this is. I will use less chili powder next time since it was really spicy (and I love spicy, but it was a little too strong for the family).

Simple Beef Flavored Gravy

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2010
crunchy and flour-y. Read reviews before making this! But I like that I had all the ingredients on hand. It will work in a pinch but I'd never serve it to anyone. I think the order you cook it would make a big difference. Next time I'll definitely make sure the onion is cooked before adding flour and water.

Creamed Broccoli Soup

I've made this a couple times and everyone always loves it; I've never used half and half though, I only have skim milk so maybe try that if you are looking for a lower cal version.
