Alfredo Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 25, 2014
Some changes I made were by adding salt, pepper, cayenne, chili powder, baby portobello mushrooms, tomatoes, onions, and some milk. Also, instead of just using parmesan cheese, I added four other kinds of cheese (asiago, romano, mozzarella, & provolone).

Southern Hollandaise Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 23, 2012
Just made this right now. It was so delicious....and melt in your mouth kind of food. It was quick and easy to make. Ate this with a sunny side-up egg. This was my first time making it and would definitely make again and again and AGAIN!

Mini Meatloaves

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2012
This was pretty good! It was my first time making meatloaves. Okay, well I made lots of mistakes because I was in a hurry to make lunch for my sister. I put in confectioner's sugar(didn't had brown sugar or white sugar)with the beef mixture instead of the ketchup mixture by accident. I also used shredded mozzarella (don't have cheddar cheese). I could really taste the cheese! It was amazing! I also used crushed crackers instead (don't have oats. So I looked at this recipe and thought the meat mixture seemed really plain so I added a lot of flavorings. I added some chicken powder(from an Asian market), garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. As I was making this in a muffin pan, a lot of soup or watery mixture came out of the tiny muffin pots and spilled over. I don't know why if it's suppose to be like this or not, but overall I would definitely make this again! Warning: Opening the oven and smelling this burned my nose like heck! The acidity from the ketchup was really strong!

Aaron's Missouri Burger

I kind of thought it was a bit too sweet. Even though I didn't use brown sugar and used white sugar instead.

Chef John's Caramel Chicken

Reviewed: Aug. 1, 2012
This recipe was pretty good!...but I got tired of eating it later on since I used to eat something similar to this. My sister loved it and was jealous of my cooking. I didn't had rice vinegar so I didn't use any substitution for that. As for dark brown sugar, I didn't had any so I used white sugar with 3 tiny drops of honey. I finished cooking the chicken in 6 minutes in a heavy skillet. Oh I used 1 chicken breast instead of chicken thighs. Also I used a variety nuts that I got from Costco and then I crushed them up in a sandwich bag. P.S. I did two servings of this instead of 4.

Thai Ground Chicken Basil

Reviewed: Sep. 22, 2012
Yum, made some changes. I added some cubed carrots, 1 tsp. of chunky peanut butter with olive oil since I don't have peanut oil, and siracha sauce with a bit of sugar since I don't have sweet chili sauce. I didn't have basil either....so yep it still turned out great.

Garlic Aioli

Reviewed: Aug. 16, 2012
It was alright, I think I could have used less lemon juice. Too much zing which I can't handle. Taste great with burgers as a spread. C:
