Thai Ground Chicken Basil
Yum, made some changes. I added some cubed carrots, 1 tsp. of chunky peanut butter with olive oil since I don't have peanut oil, and siracha sauce with a bit of sugar since I don't have sweet chili sauce. I didn't have basil either....so yep it still turned out great.

Southern Hollandaise Sauce
Just made this right now. It was so delicious....and melt in your mouth kind of food. It was quick and easy to make. Ate this with a sunny side-up egg. This was my first time making it and would definitely make again and again and AGAIN!

Mini Meatloaves
This was pretty good! It was my first time making meatloaves. Okay, well I made lots of mistakes because I was in a hurry to make lunch for my sister. I put in confectioner's sugar(didn't had brown sugar or white sugar)with the beef mixture instead of the ketchup mixture by accident. I also used shredded mozzarella (don't have cheddar cheese). I could really taste the cheese! It was amazing! I also used crushed crackers instead (don't have oats. So I looked at this recipe and thought the meat mixture seemed really plain so I added a lot of flavorings. I added some chicken powder(from an Asian market), garlic powder, chili powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper. As I was making this in a muffin pan, a lot of soup or watery mixture came out of the tiny muffin pots and spilled over. I don't know why if it's suppose to be like this or not, but overall I would definitely make this again! Warning: Opening the oven and smelling this burned my nose like heck! The acidity from the ketchup was really strong!
