Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2012
While it was really easy to make, it was too "thick" for my liking. Also, it's too "dark chocolate" for me but I knew I should've used milk chocolate morsels but followed the recipe anyway. I'm craving Mackinaw Island Fudge but can't travel to get it. I was hoping this recipe was like it, but it's not, so I'll keep trying. (grin). It is a quick and easy recipe, though.

Cookies 'n' Creme Fudge

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2012
This was super easy to make and tasted pretty good but I think next time I will cut out some of the cookies. There were almost too many cookies in it. I'm sure other's will disagree with me, but I like the melt-in-your-mouth fudge and this was more like a candy bar that had to be chewed completely before swallowing. Great taste and great appearance!

Smoky Grilled Pork Chops

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
The kids loved it! It was super easy to make on short notice since I didn't have to let it sit in a marinade for 3 to 5 hours like many of the other recipes called for. I used the broiler setting on the toaster oven since it's about 28 degrees outside and I didn't feel like grilling. Everything worked wonderfully! Thanks for sharing!

Baked Potato Soup I

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2012
This is excellent!! This is the first time I've ever made (cheese, potato, bacon soup) and it was super easy and oh so delicious! I have enough to last me for a week! The only thing I did differently is I used regular white onions since I didn't have green onions in the house at the time. Thanks for sharing!
