Chocolate Peanut Butter Swirl Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
Recipe worked great, nice and easy with no tweaking needed. Fudge tastes awesome. Only recommendation I would make is if you like thick fudge I would definitely double the recipe.

Best No-Bake Cheesecake

Reviewed: Jul. 5, 2012
Turned out perfect with a few tweaks suggested by other reviewers. I chilled my glass bowl and mixers and beat the heavy whipping cream seperately. In a seperate bowl I mixed the cream cheese and 2/3 cup of sugar, lemon juice and added some vanilla. Once well mixed I added the whipping cream and mixed. Mixture was nice and thick! And the taste was delicious!

Layered Mint Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
Really simple recipe and tastes great! I would also recommend to double to the recipe to get a nice thick piece of fudge. I made it a little easier and I didn't do the three layers, instead I layed all of the chocolate on bottom and then topped with the mint mixture, still has a nice presence I added green food coloring to the white chocolate mixture.

Cherry Blossom Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 11, 2012
Ok so the first batch I made turned out really bad.... therefore the 4 stars. But after reading the other reviews and making a few tweaks my second batch turned out perfect! First and foremost you have to reduce the amount of butter! 1 cup is entirely tooooo much, I reduced it to just 2 tablespoons. Next after adding the jello reduce to medium heat (it will continue boiling) and do not stir!(I promise it will not burn) and then Boil for 5 minutes instead of 4. The cherries I quartered and then pat dryed with a paper towel to remove excess moisture. Follow the recipe for everything else and you will have a perfect very rich fudge.
