Shrimp with Penne and Squash

I love this recipe and have been making it for years. I have to cook the squash and zucchini longer as my family likes it that way, but other than that I follow the recipe. So light and fresh and healthy - great summer meal!

World's Best Lasagna

Love this recipe! I've made it a few times now and everyone always goes back for seconds. Like others I leave out the salt - and I add another layer of noodles at the top - but otherwise follow the recipe. It is soooo good!!

White Sangria

This is the perfect light summer drink! Served this at a cookout and it was gone in no time!! I followed the recipe for ingredients, but when I made the batch I added everything but the ginger ale, and refrigerated for about 5 hours. I added the ginger ale just before serving but I actually liked the flavor better as it sat for awhile. Next time I will just add all ingredients and then refrigerate. Delicious!! Like others said, this has quite a kick so drink slowly!

That Good Salad

Yum yum YUM!! This is so good. The cheeses, bacon and almonds make this salad. Such a nice change from the everyday. This one is a keeper!

Bread and Celery Stuffing

This recipe is amazing! So good. I did toast the bread in the oven for a bit since it wasn't quite dry enough, and I added almost a whole can of chicken broth which made it a little too moist, but it was still great! Can't mess this one up, it's a keeper!
