Iced Pumpkin Cookies

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2014
Fantastic made just as written. I did reduce the cooking time and it improved the overall texture of the cookie a lot! The icing was a perfect compliment and really made the cookie AMAZING!!

Coconut Cake III

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2008
This is really an awesome cake! So many people ask for the recipe when I bring it to events. It is very moist and tastes delicious! I usually use a white cake mix, just because I like the flavor a bit better, but really I have not changed a thing on the recipe other than that. If you like coconut, this is fab!!

Bodega Bay Cioppino

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2008
This was really, really yummy! I am not one for switching things up the first time that I try them, and I do not think that I would change anything next time! This was fantastic just as it is. Husband and all 3 kids ate every bite!!

Easy Decadent Truffles

Reviewed: Jun. 3, 2008
These are really fantastic and worth the time that they take. I have make them for bridal showers and baby showers that I have thrown, and they always work beautifully. One thing that I have tried over time is substituting the semi-sweet chocolate with milk chocolate, and white chocolate. Also I have used flavoring syrups in place of the vanilla, such as Irish cream, or raspberry. Kind of a fun recipe to experiment with!

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: May 31, 2008
This recipe was pretty good, but I think that the next time that I try this (which I probably will) I will reduce the amount of sugar, and slightly increase the amount of vinegar. I took it in for a school pot luck, and people liked it, but most of them did say they would add more vinegar next time. Very pretty though, and a fun new recipe.

Strawberry Kiwi Tartlets

Reviewed: May 23, 2008
These were great and really easy to make. I did everything according to the recipe, but the kiwis at our local market looked really bad, so I used mangoes instead. I brought them to a get together and they were gone right off! Thanks for sharing!

Jalapeno Poppers I

Reviewed: Apr. 5, 2008
These are fantastic and so easy to do! My family isn't big on the breading, so we skip the last step and just bake the jalapenos with the cheese mixture. Even my kids love them, and they are always requested at parties!

This was by far the BEST cheesecake ever. I had NEVER made a cheesecake from scratch before this one, and it was so simple and turned out fantastic. I loved the crust and felt that it really made the whole cake just that much better!! YUM
