Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
Unbelievably delicious! Now, I'm not much of a cook, but this was an incredibly easy recipe to make. I used a tiny bit less balsamic vinegar (not a fan) and a bit more ginger (def a fan) and the Mahi-Mahi was bursting with flavor.
My only problem was that, even following the directions perfectly, the fish burned (sort of) within two minutes, and so did the glaze. My sister says it was the honey. However, it didn't TASTE burnt, it just looked kind of gross. It tasted like heaven. This is my new favorite dish!
