Blueberry Pie

I read comments from those who tried out this pie and gave their recommendations on alterations to the recipe. I ended up with a delectable blueberry pie. My portions were 4-1/2 cups of fresh blueberries, 2/3 cup of sugar, 4-1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch, juice of 1 small lemon, lemon zest, and about 1/8 tsp. of nutmeg. I mixed it all together and then cooked it on the stove top on low to medium heat for about 5 minutes. I cooked the pie at 400 deg F for 15 minutes, then 350 deg F for another 35 minutes. Crust did not burn. After it sat for about 3 hours we cut it and it was perfectly firm and juicy. It didn't collapse on the plate, but kept its shape. I will DEFINITELY make this recipe again, but will reduce sugar to 1/2 cup as my family doesn't have a sweet tooth. Thanks to all for your recommendations!!!!
