Just Like Wendy's(R) Chili
I only made a 1/2 batch, and not wanting to waste 1/2 cans, I went with 1 can mexi stewed tomatoes, 1 can rotel, 1 small can tomato sauce. I didn't have green bellpepper, but I had some red and yellow, so used that instead, and for the beans, just used 1 can pintos. Given these changes, I'd say it's still pretty close to Wendy's, so the full batch with all the right stuff is probably even better. Probably won't become my favorite chili, but when you're in the mood for Wendy's chili, this will take care of it! Thanks for sharing!

Egg and Sausage Casserole
Pre-bake the crescents for 6-7mins @ 350, then add everything else. We did spicy breakfast sausage, green chiles and green onions. We didn't add any milk to the eggs, and it was very dense. Next time, we'll add milk and maybe even cottage cheese to the egg whip to get it "fluffier". And as many have said, you def don't need 4 cups of cheese. We used some pepper jack and a 2% mexi blend, and used a little less than 2 c total. Next time I'd do the full 2 cups. Baked it, uncovered, at 350 for about 40 mins. Mmm Mm good.

Restaurant Style Chicken Nachos
We added more seasonings to the chicken...cumin, onion and garlic powders, cayenne...and added a layer of refrieds to the pre-baked chips before topping with everything else. Thanks for the inspiration. These were really good!
