About this Cook
well i am an extream foodie. i love pork/beef and chickey
My favorite things to cook
pork beef duck and chickey
My favorite family cooking traditions
oh man there is a lot! my mum's mutton curry is slap-face good. it's creamy, spicy and the mutton is wonderfully tender and sofy. my mum's prawn sambal is good also. this is a very spicy prawn cooked in a chilly gravy that is thick and pale red. these both is lovely with white rice.
My cooking triumphs
well let me see! i have cooked for mostly my friends. i once cooked for my friend his girlfriend for valentines day. it was beautiful coz another friend and i drove to this really huge park overseeing a huge lake and Malaysia's ex prime ministers house. and there i cooked a killer chicken that was so good my friend that drove them did not want to serve it to them instead, to himself. the other was when a bunch of my friends collected cash and made me cook for them in my place. so i made them salad with feta cheese, stuffed pita bread, roasted chicken, grilled lamb and caramel pudding. they all went back complaining that they cannot breathe.
My cooking tragedies
HeHEhe! there this once when i was working in a hotel! one of Malaysia's well renouned five star hotel( i shall not name the place), i was making a huge pot of cake bater in this machine, i accidently turned on the machine without checking the speed! and so when i turned it on it spun so hard that the pot got off its support and the pot dropped spilling the whole barter out to the floor. the floor was covered with 1/4 inch of choclate cake bater thats probably worth USD200/MYR750.
