I followed the directions mostly but didn't use nuts, doubled the chocolate chips, and used Splenda instead of the white sugar and the only thing that didn't work out well for me was the cooking directions. I tried to put the dough on in heaping spoonfuls for 12 minutes at 325 but they came out a bit doughey. After the first batch I made my spoonfuls smaller, upped the temp to 350 and left them in for 15 minutes. Those batches came out much better. Because of this it gets four stars. Good recipe and definitely usable with these changes.
