Yum! This recipe was awesome. The whole family loved it....even the picky eaters. I made this exactly as the recipes instructs with the exception of the sour cream on top. I will definately make this again.

Aussie Chicken

This recipe was so, so good. Juicy, flavorful and definately nice enough to serve company. I'm putting this in my "make again" folder. The only thing I will change next time is I will only make half the sauce. The directions say to use half and save half for later- so instead I'll just half the ingredients so I don't waste any. I highly recommend this recipe!

Cindy's Pumpkin Pie

In preparation for the upcoming Thanskgiving holiday I tried this recipe out yesterday. My family all agreed that it was better than "normal" pumpkin pie. I agree with them. The differences are subtle, though the end result is a "notch above". The melted icecream gives a creamier taste and produces a filling that is slightly lighter in color and texture. I used the entire batch of filling in one pie, instead of two as the recipe suggests, and therefore, had to bake it about 15 minutes longer. This pie will definately be making an appearance on our Thanskgiving table.

Oh So Tender Brisket

My carnavore (sp?) family absolutely loved this brisket. It was tender, flavorful and got rave reviews. They're begging me to make it again. The only thing I might cut back on next time is the liquid smoke! All said, it's a great recipe that I would be proud to share and will definately use again.

Applesauce Salad

I love this salad. My grandma has made this for many years and I misplaced the recipe. I was, fortunately, able to find it here. For those who haven't tried it, it sounds a little weird, but it is so good. It's very refreshing and pretty and kids love it! A definate 5 star.

Grandma's Egg Custard Pie

I made this pie for Thanksgiving and I have to say it was fantastic! I am now a bona fide Custard Pie lover! I did pour my custard mixture through a strainer into the pie crust just to make sure there weren't any weird little cooked egg bits. Great, Great recipe- I'm putting it in my "To make again" file.
