We LOVED it. We broiled on high on the 2nd rack about 5 1/2 minutes each side. Used sesame oil instead of vegetable oil (suggested by another reviewer). I'm not crazy about salmon, but I could eat this every day!

Charline's Sweet Potato Casserole

I made this 2 years ago at Thanksgiving and now my family BEGS for it all the time. This recipe is the BEST sweet potato casserole that anyone has ever eaten, as you will see when you make it!!! I only use 1 cup of the white sugar, and this is plenty. Enjoy :)

Homemade Lasagna

Everyone loves this lasagna! I have made it twice now and have never used the pork, but sometimes use some ground turkey in it's place. If not, I double the ground beef to replace the pork. Thanks Craig!
