Christmas Red Pickles

My family loves these pickles! They are very pretty and tasty with the right amount of sweet/tart cinnamon flavor. I plan on giving many away at Christmas....guess that means I need to make more for us!

Banana Crumb Muffins

Very good muffins....while I was mashing the bananas my husband asked if chocolate could be added...so I added 1 cup mini-chocolate chips. Hubby absolutely loved them, however, I thought the chocolate covered the banana taste a little too much. Next time I'll reduce the amount of chocolate.

Blueberry Cream Muffins

Wonderful, wonderful muffins! I usually make a new dish by the recipe and did so this time except...I added about 1 cup more fresh Texas blueberries. This is a very good muffin without being overly sweet. If you want sweet, add more sugar or maybe just a sugary crumb topping. My oven required 25 min cooking.
