I've made this many times, it's always a hit with my son and husband. But have to make sure I flatten chicken breast first and cut smaller if they are too big. Want to make sure meat covered thorougly with breadcrumb parmeasan mix. ALWAYS A HIT, I serve with fettucini alfredo pasta and garlic bread.

Seven Layer Taco Dip

Made exactly as recipe but without onions and green peppers. Came out really good, but seemed a little watery, not sure if its because i used too much sour cream or because maybe I should've drained salsa, it was a little watery. But will make again, everyone finished it :P

I did it exactly like recipe calls, and it came out sooo authentically good. My husband loved it. I will make it again and maybe add cut up potatoes, and extra salsa. YUM!

Grilled Chicken Salad with Seasonal Fruit

Made this for weekend barbeque. People enjoyed it. Want recipe. I personallly think dressing is too sweet, will add less sugar next time, and instead of walnuts maybe add sliced pecans. Will make again.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

tried to make it exactly like recipe but didnt't have onion powder so instead used chopped onion seasoning. Turned out really tasty and JUICY. Next time will use onion "powder" correct way and maybe rub butter on chicken first before seasoning and cook a bit longer since my husband likes a bit of crisp. This recipe is definately a keeper. Delish!

Fettuccini Carbonara

Made exactly how recipe called but skipped shallots, did not have any. My husband and son thought it was okay. I felt it was missing flavor. And I should've cut bacon smaller. Also made extra sauce but this time used onion powder, garlic powder, instead of the actual produce and found that the flavors were alot better. Will make again but will use powders to make sure onion and garlic flavors stand out.
