Tiramisu II

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2014
Fantastic. Like many others I could not find ladyfingers anywhere. What I did find was Madeleines , which I hoped would be a good substitute. They were ! I also did take a short cut and used store bought whipped cream, to which I added real vanilla extract. Let the whole thing sit 24 hours. Wow, lots of compliments.

Slow Cooker Beef Stroganoff I

Reviewed: Jan. 3, 2010
This was really good. I first browned my meat, then added it to the crock pot. Then as others have suggested I doubled up on the sauce, but omitted the onions. I did however use the entire packet of Onion soup mix. Served over egg noodles, definetly a keeper.

The Greatest Grilled Turkey

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2009
Great, I did 2 turkeys one in the oven one on the grill. The one on the grill got much better reviews. It cooked quicker then the oven and stayed very moist. I also added some apples and oranges to the cavity. I also put a pan below the grates and filled it with apple cider and water just to add some moisture. This is the only way I will cook a turkey in the future.

I thought this was really good. I did not have the Cilantro or beans, but still came out great. The mixture of the BBQ sauce ( sweet baby rays) and Ranch was a nice combination. Definetly will make again.
