I consider myself somewhat of a novice in the kitchen, but I love to dabble and try new things that DON'T require deep-frying. In looking for a fun and simple baked wings recipe, I stumbled across this gem. As you can see, the ingredients do not require any special trips to the grocery store (all of the ingredients I consider to be cooking essentials). Additionally, I did not have any problems whatsoever with the moisture of the finished product. In fact, what I absolutely wanted to avoid were super-dry, crispy wings. I was very satisfied with the taste and texture of this recipe, and just for fun, I used a few different varieties of sauces as coatings. (I recommend Frank's Red Hot Sweet Heat BBQ.) The only tip I would offer to the next person who attempts this recipe is to use a non-stick baking sheet if at all possible... just reduces the cleanup effort. Thanks for posting, Leesah.
