Tender Pan-Fried Chicken Breasts
My husband and I did enjoy the chicken. It was crispy and moist. I didn't have terragon or ginger which was one change I made to the recipe. As with another reviewer, I used more oil to brown the chicken. I also agree with another reviewer and should have read this before making the dish and I felt the recipe called for too much salt and pepper and I like things salty:) I recommend making sure you make a gravy to counteract the saltiness. We also ate this dish with white rice and the gravy was an especially nice addition to the meal.

Three Packet Slow Cooker Roast
This was simple but oh so delicious. Just make sure you have enough time to let it sit in the crock pot the longer the better. My husband and I ate this after about 6 & 1/2 hr's but my son didn't eat until an hour later. He said it was the best pot roast he ever tasted and I wholeheartedly agree. I'm not handy in the kitchen so this is so great for people like me. Thank you!

Mom's Stovetop Pork Ribs
This was an excellent recipe, thank you. I don't have a natural talent for cooking so I deeply appreciate this website and wonderful dishes I'm able to make. My only comment is that it takes longer than 25 minutes for the water to totally evaporate but the ribs are so flavorful you know it's well worth it! This is one of my faves!!!
