Banana Chip Muffins I
The first time I made these, they tasted bland. The second time I made them though, I made some slight modifications that made them wonderful. Mods: Add 1 tablespoon strong coffee. Add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Add 1 cup of chocolate chips. Add 1 teaspoon cinnamon. --This all brings out the natural banana and chocolate flavor of the muffins. (=

Parmesan Garlic Rolls
These were some of the best rolls that I have ever had! I did make a few alterations. 1- I didn't use rapid rise, just used active dry yeast. 2- I used onion powder instead of garlic powder. 3- I used shredded cheddar & colby instead of parm. 4-I put just a LITTLE bit of minced garlic on top of the cheese. It made a difference, and it was delicious!
