Mexican Chocolate/Salted Caramel Cake in a Mug

Best microwave cake I have tried.. Lot of microwave cakes are nasty.I did not use caramel though or cayenne. I did not think it was dense. I thought it was normal cake texture for most part but richer.. But I had ops so want sujust scramble your egg up. Even if looks mixed mixes It more... I end up with egg piece in it... That was unpleasant but that's my fault. But in till I got egg piece it was great. I used 16 once foam cup it raised up in till about inch below the top of the cup... So make sure use big enough cup as it rises up... I was shocked as lot microwave cakes use double flour to get that size of cake... I love 2 less tb flour and 1 tb less sugar as less carbs

Homemade Maple Syrup

This is real good...I added only tp at first as misread at first had funny taste but after adding more extract it was delicious I still only added in long run 1 and 1/2 teaspoons and it was good... But I went to pour it in bottle for my super. The pan unforantly fell on my foot and their went the syrup.. Luckily had couple tb of syrup for my meal though... I will make this agin.. Plus I added 1/8 of tp of corn starch like suggested... I am uses to real maple syrup... So I could went with out it... If use to other pancake syrups you might want to add the 1/8 to possible up to 1/4 of teaspoon

Maple-Vanilla Syrup

If it is turning into candy... Your cooking it way to long... Longer and hotter you cook it the more risk of this If it boils durning 8 mins could be big reason why... Some don't know what simmer means so.. What means turn the heat down to 3 let it sit just stire ocasionly. Sujust. Let the sugar desolve complety then let it simmer.. Plus maybe cook it 6 mins verse 8.... But if your bring the heat up to high that might not help...

Baked French Fries II

love these French fries. Only complain need more cooking time . I cook mine 45 mins usual.. I make these all the time. I add garlic powder or use salt free garlic herb mix . Increase the seasoning because I love lots flavor in small bite. Another tip is soak in cold water 5 mins 1 or 2 times. It ruduce starch causes crispyer frie .. If you want even lower fat or . Use reduce fat parmesan. I am on very low fat diet. If I can have .5 or less in side dish I am excited. Even 2 grams is not much.

Broccoli Chicken Casserole III

This was good. I made 1 portion thinking one portion. I feult like if you were feeding a growing boy teenager serving. The one portion was 2 nice portions could be 3. It coverd my 8by8 pan. I used mushroom soup like others sujusted and used frozen brocclie. Use rotni pasta i had it on hand . I skiped olives and curry as i am on low sodium diet dident have any olives. When i make this agin. I will be useing more flavors needed more like some basil would be great or itlan seasioning. If not watching your figure add rits crackers on top for crunch toping. I use to make recipe cream chesse to is good in this.

Kid-Friendly Wheat Bread

I used what I had in house to make this bread. So I end up useing regular sugar. I don't think I kneed my bread right or something. As rised both times perfectly but sank when stuck in oven in sank any ideas why? I am new with cooking with wheat my frist time. I made half this recipe as just for me. I to added no salt. Don't think caused it though. As I make white bread all time without salt. Very delicious. But mine end up heavy and no lil holes. Like shown in picture. Will defently be trying agin. Nexts time going get some brown sugar maybe why caused it idol lol. Great recipe.
