I cut the chicken on chunks and let it marinade about 8 hours. I added a bit of extra honey and garlic. Delicious. Will definitely make again.

Husband loved it. I cooked the onions in a separate fry pan on the stove while chops were grilling on the grill. Would definitely make again.

Asparagus and Mozzarella Stuffed Chicken Breasts

Delicious. Seasoned chicken with black pepper and granulated garlic. As suggested,I put a thin layer of mayo on chicken rolls then topped with panko bread crumbs. Broiled a bit to make the crumbs brown.

Grilled Pork Tenderloin with Balsamic Vinegar

Reviewed: Apr. 28, 2014
Delicious. I cooked it in the over as it was raining out. I cooked for 10 minutes on 450, then 50 minutes at 350 as recommended by another reviewer. I threw some potatoes in the pan with the roast the last 50 minutes. Very good - I will definitely make again. Next time I will try it on the grill.

Guinness® Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 21, 2014
Delicious! Made it with the Guinness Beef Stew. Will definitely make again. The bread did seem to cook much faster than the recipe called for. 1/2 hour at 425 degrees and it was pretty much done. I let it sit in the oven for the 1/2 hour with the door open.

Delicious.. My husband loved it as well. I followed the recipe except for adding a bit of white wine with the chicken broth. Very easy and will definitely make again.

Guinness® Irish Stew

Reviewed: Jan. 30, 2014
My husband came home from work saying he had guinness stew at a pub in Boston for lunch. I did a little digging and tried this recipe. OMG, so delicious.. I will never make plain old beef stew again. I did add some beef broth and extra guinness as suggested to make more broth. The potatoes and carrots took longer to cook than the recipe stated. Next time I may try cooking it in the dutch oven - in the oven - instead of on stove top.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 24, 2013
I used the advice of other reviews - microwaved butter for 35 seconds, added an additional egg & 1/2 tsp vanilla. Dough was very creamy. I just kept stirring. I can see what people were saying about floury dough, but if you keep mixing it gets better. Make 50 or so cookies which we decorated differently. I cooked them for 7 minutes. I made the M&M cookies a bit bigger & inserted the candy with 2 minutes left to cook. Will definitely make again!

Have made it 3 times now and always a hit. I use a bit extra taco seasoning, top with salsa, shredded lettuce, chopped tomato and shredded mexican mix cheese. Always first plate to empty. Pretty addicting once you start eating it!! loved it.

Italian Chicken Skillet

Reviewed: Aug. 19, 2013
Very good & very easy to make. I added a little extra garlic (of course, diced zucchini & mushroom, an extra can on tomatoes & a little chicken broth. I, also, precooked the pasta (a 10 oz box) for 1/2 the recommended time in a separate pot then finished cooking in the sauce. My husband & niece loved it! Big hit, will def make again!!

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches

Reviewed: Feb. 6, 2013
Delicious! Made some modifications due to different levels of tolerances for "hotness." I used 3 large boneless breasts. For the buffalo sauce I used 1/2 cup of chicken broth, 1/2 cup of Frank's buffalo hot sauce & 1/2 cup of blue cheese dressing. I shredded the chicken after about 5 hours & let it sit cook a about an hour longer. The chicken was delicious & left the lips tingling but not burning. Served the chicken on nice rolls with blue cheese dressing & cole slaw. Dripping, messy sandwich but worth the extra napkins.

Eggnog Quick Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2012
After reading a bunch of reviews, I made the following changes - 1/4 C Butter & 1/4 C Canola oil for 1/2 cup butter, used 3 tsp of dark rum instead of extract, added 1/2 more egg nog & a dash more vanilla. Be sure to cream butter & sugar before you add rest of wet ingredients. I've made 15 small loaves this season & everyone has loved it. The longer it sits the better it tastes. Unfortunately, I've only tasted a few slices but plan on changing that once this last batch comes out of the oven. Enjoy!

Baked Pork Chops I

Reviewed: Dec. 15, 2012
I am making this for the 6th time tonight. Delicous. I'm made a couple of changes based on previous reviews. for example, I've doubled the gravy using 1 can of cream of mushroom & 1 can of golden mushroom & shortened the cooking time a bit. Since we are big mushroom fans, I sautee fresh mushrooms in the pan after frying the pork chops with a little butter & add them to the sauce. Just yummy. Definitely a keeper!!
