Pumpkin Cookies V

The cookies were nice and soft and the receipe yields three dozen HUGE cookies . I felt the batter didn't have enough pumpkin flavor so I doubled the amount of pumpkin... so they turned out kind of bland, the icing was nice and accompanied well though. I think next time I will play around with different spices to help add flavor.

Pumpkin Casserole

This was great and easy to make. But it was a little to sweet for my taste, next time I think I will cut the sugar or subsitute honey for the sugar.

Slow-Cooked Corn Chowder

This Chowder was very easy to make and turned out great. After reading some of the reviews I chose to use baby red potatoes instead of hash browns and bacon instead of ham.

Raspberry Sour Cream Pie

My mom use to make a raspberry pie with heavy cream-- this tastes very similar even though I used low fat sour cream! I didn't make the topping but the filling was very smooth and creamy. It set very well and was perfect the next day!

Triple Berry Crisp

This recipe turned out great. I didn't have quite enough fresh fruit so I added about 1/2 a cup of frozen raspberries and it still turned out well. You could scale down the topping recipe though
