Marshmallow Fondant

This was my second recipe to try making, and it worked perfectly! It even mixed the color in very easily, even if you don't do it at the liquid stage. Thanks so much!! It was very tasty; I will probably always use this recipe.

Apple Strudel Muffins

I adapted this recipe to GF and it was fantastic! Everyone in my family loved it, and couldn't believe it was GF. My modifications were using Bob's Red Mill GF flour, increasing baking powder to 1 Tbsp, adding 1 1/2 tsp. xantham gum, and also pumpkin pie spice. Oh, and I didn't have fresh apples so I used my homemade chunky cinnamon applesauce instead. Thanks so much for sharing!!

Slow Cooker Honey Garlic Chicken

When I made the juicy part of the recipe, I thought it had the perfect punch until I added the forgotten pineapple juice. The flavor became too watered down--and I did use name-brand pineapple. I will definitely make it again but omit the pineapple. Thanks!!

Fish Tacos

We haven't tried the fish part yet (we just baked up some fresh-caught trout)but we tried the sauce and it was fabulous! Second time we had it, we added some smoky chipotle seasoning and that rocked!! Thanks for the great recipe! Shared it with 2 friends already. :)

I've made this recipe for at least the last 4 years on Christmas morning--we love it! Sometimes I add sausage, and sometimes I make 2 different kinds. I don't typically like baked egg dishes, but this recipe always comes out great. Thanks!!

To Die For Fettuccine Alfredo

We had a big fettucini Easter dinner, and served this recipe with two other homemade sauces. It was definitely delicious, easily top restaurant quality! Everyone loved it; in fact, most side dishes were barely touched. It didn't thicken up very well, but it was still delicious. I don't understand how it could be bland, unless others used cheap cheese or the kind in the shaker bottle. DELICIOUS!!
