NOTHING like the recipe had me thinking it would be. To begin with, it was tough as leather. That could be bad cuts from the meat guy. I tenderized it with a meat pounder but no luck. Worse than that is how it had almost no flavor. My friend said it tastes like Spam. I almost agree. The first layer of marinade mix cooked off as soon as I flipped the meat to do the second side. I love pork chops! But I have to say these were the worst, most un-flavorful ones I've ever made and I've been making them 20+ years! Use this recipe at your own risk.
