The sauce and marinade is fantastic and has an Asian flair. I quadrupled the recipe because I wanted plenty. I used 1/2 toasted sesame oil and substituted Heinz chili sauce for 3/4 of the ketchup. Also added 2T sweet Asian chili sauce. I seasoned the chops before marinating with seasoning salt and black pepper. I marinated them for an hour for an hour before cooking. I baked in a cast iron skillet covered with foil for the 1st half hour. I checked the internal temp of the chops and it was already at 195! I still baked for 1/2 hour more and they got more tender. My girlfriend raved. This recipe is a keeper!
